Is it normal to have almost instant energy? I did the iodine test on my arm and the stain goes away in like 2 hours. I’m sure this isn’t the best way of testing your deficiency but if it is, I faile and am completely drained of any iodine in my body, that’s what THAT proves.Upon my first week of use I feel so much more energetic though. Unless it’s having some placebo effect though, I’d be surprised if it hasn’t completely hanged my life, even in a short period of time!

J.C. Crows is something i use twice a day, I found out that Iodine can be lost if someone brings water to boil that has Iodine in the water. So if some of the Iodine is lost during the cooking process, I will compensate by putting a couple drops of J.C Crows. into about 2oz's of warm water with 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey.

This stuff can be dynamite on Toenail fungus. DO NOT take this internally unless a licensed Medical Doctor tells you to do so. Modern diets in the western world are not iodine deficient. Talk To A Doctor! Get the Thyroid Function test first from a real doctor.

This the "FOOD GRADE" version. One way to know if you are low on iodine is put a couple drops of iodine on your arm see how long it is MOSTLY absorbed. If quickly (~3-6 hrs) you are low! 1-3 drops in morning coffee (heat doesn't bother it) retest every couple weeks. See Dr Berg YT vids on iodine

Iodine is important. This product is 2% and works as iodine should work. The problem lies in the dropper - not the product. When the volume remaining in the bottle drops to 1/3rd - it's difficult for the dropper to extract the remaining liquid. Aside from that, no problems.

Iodine deficiency is an issue many don’t know about. So many salts are no longer iodized. Good brand
