I prefer using this cream, which is applied topically to the vulva area. I just received this delivery yesterday, and I’ve been really struggling with libido and this actually helps a lot!!! This product was recommended to me by a friend who is also in perimenopause, and it is pricey, but the reviews for this product are the highest I’ve seen for an over the counter product. So grateful to have some relief on day 1 of using it!It smells good and has a great texture.

But I don’t like the stinky smell. It smells like beer. My husband even asked me if I had beer!😆

Nothing short of a miracle. For 2 1/2 years I was suffering from pain, dryness and irritation ‘down there’ . I had tried almost every cream on the market. I was desperate… my pain was overtaking my life and ruining my quality of life. I was just about to request hormone therapy, when in my search I stumbled on the Julva website. I was very nervous to try it … but within days, I could tell a difference. 1 tube later, and I’d say I’m 85% healed. I use 1/16 of a tsp 5 days a week. 1/64 of a tsp the other 2 days. I’m also taking a sea buckthorn oil supplement call Lubracil. I’m feeling good! What a relief I am 61 and well into menopause I hope this review helps others to try the cream. I guess my only worry is that the cream is safe for long term use. But my research seems to indicate that it is. I’ve been tempted to try her Lip Cream too. Maybe it will plump those lips as well. I have not as of yet attempted intercourse, as I don’t know if I’mThat healed…. But just to not have pain and burning all day. I can sit in my office chair at work all day now, without pain! Yay !

I do think the product is good BUT I don’t like the femine fragrance.I did put a return in thru Amazon. I am waiting to see how a different product works that is 1/3 of the price and fragrance free before I return.The price is also a game changer since I found something less expensive if I have to use it daily for a long period if not forever because price only goes up.Still waiting and will update.

First product that made a difference for me after menopause. Tried others and nothing, but painful sex and mounting issues with my husband of 25 years. The DHEA is what caught my interest. Applied a little and I noticed a sense of arousal, then vast improvement for the terrible dryness of my lady parts immediately. And it improves the longer you use it! My doctor also has me on vaginal estrogen cream internally. I feel better and more confident and sex is not usually painful and is something to look forward to not run away and hide from. Smell is pleasant. If you are dry down there, painful sex, losing interest in sex and dear lord having relationship issues because of these changes, give this cream a try.
