Surprising Quality
Bought this as a low-investment option to test out mouse & keyboard adapters on my PS4 Slim. For $20, it works well and setup was easy; had it working within 5min. It has some weight to it too and feels like a quality product. It has default settings out of the box, along with button maps in the instructions, but you can download a button mapping software from their website (also requires .NET developer installed to work). I remapped my buttons to resemble a traditional PC FPS control scheme. Your adapter needs to be plugged into the PC when saving your remapped button layouts, and then it saves over instantly, ready for play. The entire process took about 10min once the software was installed. You can change the sensitivity setting on the adapter with this software too. Also found it worked better with the in-game look sensitivity turned up higher, then adjusting the mouse DPI and adapter sensitivity to my liking. It still feels a bit off from playing on an actual PC, but it manages to capture about 75% of a genuine mouse & keyboard feel (the other 25% being limited by controller joysticks and their quirky sensitivity settings). For some that might be an improvement, it was still limited at times when attempting to turn on a dime or aim precisely in CoD Infinite Warfare though, this is mainly due to routing the signal back through a console controllerAll in all, a good buy to try things out. I play well with both a controller on console and mouse & keyboard on PC, but trying to emulate mouse & keyboard through the limitations of a controller doesn't do either complete justice. Glad I didn't go out and pay $100+ to figure this out! Still, if you're absolutely struggling with a controller and are more at home with mouse & keyboard, this adapter certainly works well for what it's worth. Maybe I'll continue to tweak all the different look sensitivities (in-game, mouse DPI, adapter setting) to see if I can find something that feels best. Also, while shopping, I noticed there are other models that look "VERY similar" to this one (*cough* C91, HYCARUS *cough*) ... I don't know which is the original but I would guess they work similarly, and this one was a much better price.Update: after using it for a few more days, I found some settings that worked better (using 1600 mouse DPI instead of 800 DPI on the mouse and then bringing in-game sensitivity down a bit to compensate). It's now closer to ~85% mouse & keyboard replication.

Don't buy this, it literally doesn't work.
When I first got this I thought that it would work well and let me play mouse and keyboard on my xbox. I followed all fo the steps and alternative steps to setting it up and literally none of the methods worked. The instructions were poor and way to vague to follow. The manual said the lights will flash blue, then purple, then brown, and then remain steady. Mine flashed blue, then purple then pink, and never stopped blinking. What is the point of having a pink LED light setting if your customers don't even know what that means? This is a terrible buy and I am not surprised it sells for $100 dollars less than the alternatives, because this piece of garbage doesn't even do the one thing it is supposed to. On top of that, this converter has no way to plug in a headset so screw team based games. This product is an absolute scam!

Technically Works
It does what it says it will, but it doesn't do it extremely well. Wired mice and keyboards will work with your PS4, but the response is far from smooth. I have yet to mess with the settings more, but so far it is an acceptable outcome for something so cheap.

No need to buy expensive ones
I gave it 5 stars considiring its price. I enjoy playing single player games like Surge with this. I tried some fps games both competitive and single player. First of all you need to adjust in game controller options a lot. You always want to make dead zone value to zero if possible. For games that does not have that option is usualy none competitive games and I strongly recomend using aim assist if you cant set dead zone to zero. For competitive shootres I am able to make it feel like almost real mouse with low in-game sensivity but it is tottaly unplayable because you cant turn fast. Making sharp moves with mouse wont take effect because you also lower the max turn speed by lowiring in game sensivity. Best setup I can find to set in game sensivity high (like 7-8 out of 10) than you lower the mouse speed as low as I can presing F3 on keyboard(F4 to increase). This allows me to turn faster. I am not expert shooter but I definetly got better result with this than using standart controller. I tried it both ps4 pro and xbox one(fat version). It works on both. Works perfect on PS4 but I can't say it is good on xbox one.Pros- I did NOT feel any input delay- Plug and play wireless mouse works- Manual is very helpfull- Default key bindings is good but realy deal you can change bindings using PC softwareCons-No key bindings profile(but it is acceptable considiring its price)-Mouse does not feel real mouse like no produck like this can do it because it simulates right thumbstick of controller. Even most expensive ones wont do it.-I could not get plug and play wireless keyboard work with it.-You need an original controller to make it work

Garbage
This thing is a piece of garbage. First off the setup/connection instructions are poorly explained, with all the broken english and connection photos that make no sense what so ever. Then to find out that it doesn’t even work for my keyboard and mouse. I tried two different keyboards as well as a second computer mouse to no avail. Would not purchase.
