VIA Embedded ATG-A1250-1Q10A1 EmbeddedPC Pico-ITX PC VIA QuadCore E (with fansink) 1.0GHz VIA VX11H Media System Processor

Do not buy. I bought this barebone minipc from VIA Store store.viatech.com, I tried to install several times windows 7 x32 and x64 but no luck, tried to install XP and Win 8 (they say only win7 is supported, only few drivers for XP and Win8) but allways the system freezes at any moment before or after drivers installation, I had many BSOD's of all kinds at any moment installing OS or later running windows, I tried 4 different Ram sticks 8GB and 4GB Kingston and Markvision and 2 different HDDs crucial ssd and toshiba 5000rpm, I tried 5 days to make it work, I contacted the support service (if you can call it support service, you must wait days for one answer) but the only answer was I must clear the cmos and if it wont work please send it back, ok I sent it back asking for my money, but guess what?, they charge you $47.70 for restocking (what is this?) and pay the shipping back, so I lost the shipping back cost plus $47.70, it was the worst experience from any hardware - software company in all my entire life, I'm not a newbie, I think I made more than 150 machines.About the product I think it could be a good machine if it works please sell it when it is not still in development, the company have a lot to learn to take care of customers, they treat you like they don't care about you as a customer, "you did't like our product? ok send it back we already earn some money from you :)". I feel scammed. Sorry if my english is not so good.
