I am surprised that my arm skin gets smoother after one week of use.My facial skin makes a little tiny improvement but not much. Lets see after 6 weeks what will happen. I hope I would remember to update you guys then.

Purchased to help with eye health. It's a powerful antioxidant.

Although I don't share the same view as some other reviewers regarding the protection from UV rays from the sun, I do think it's a great product for the other advertised benefits. This includes eye, joint, and skin health.I have been using this product for several years now and have noticed general improvements to my skin and eyes. As far as overall joint health, it's hard to measure as I take other supplements besides Astaxanthin for that purpose. However, combined with my other supplements for joint health, it seems to be helping more so than not.As far as protection from UV exposure, I have not noticed any real improvment for that. Sunscreen products would be much more effective for that sort of thing, in my opinion. Some reviews I've read about this product almost make it seem that if taken by Vampires, they can bask in the sun for hours on end... or allow albinos to lie naked on the beach without any other sort of UV protection. Crazy!Anyway, I do see positive results by taking the product, so I'll continue to take it for the foreseeable future.

There's no doubt this works. I know because the periods of time that I had to go without it and the difference I felt once I started up again. My posture is great, my knees are great and nothing hurts. I am a marathon runner and like the additional sun protection it gives me, so much so that I started giving to my 20 year old red-headed son who hates smelling like coconuts all the time due to his need to wear sunblock year round. I don't take any supplements or medications, just this. It's all I need. Oh, another bonus is that I noticed less eye wrinkles :)

I got immediate relief from older shoulder injury after being recommend by my Acupunturist. It is easy to take just once a day with no after taste like other supplements. I have increased flexibility and more energy during and after my workout. Recently found that I was not feeling the pain as much and had quicker recovery. My Acupunturist specifically mentioned this is the brand that seems to work best and could not agree more. Getting or feeling older can be a drag and I recommend you consider this 5 star produce if you are returning to regular exercise post injury or in my case surgery.

I have been using the 12mg dosage 2x daily for around 10 years. I had both knees replaced at once & was told I would walk unaided in 4 months. Thanks to BioAstin I walked unaided in 5 weeks. I wore glasses since early teens & after a few years on BioAstin I no longer needed glasses. I originally started taking it to see what it would do for carpal tunnel syndrome. After a month I no longer needed the surgery. I have had no problems with hands since. Highly recommend it.
