Can’t live without them now
I could not live without these after using them for a few weeks. You have no idea how much tension you have until you release it by simply resting the ball. Great for face tension and don’t cause wrinkles. Highly recommend.

Good for massaging
My body seems to tolerate this item vs tennis ball and similar. The only issues are: 1. expensive 2. the mesh does not hold the 2 balls together well enough.

Yoga for Life recommended
These are the correct therapy balls recommended by Yoga for Life Sadie Nardini HIIT face program. I am anxious to use them in conjunction with her on line program. So excited to start.

So good for feet
I use them mostly for feet to get those trigger points massaged. They are much better than tennis ball that gets soft within time. And grippy texture which you need when to do self-massage of the shoulder on the wall, that the ball does not slide.

Excellent tool for physical therapy
These balls are a terrific step up from tennis balls if you're trying to roll out tight muscles and fascia. Just now bought a new set after 8 years of using previous ones on a regular basis because I liked them so much: they're a bit harder than tennis balls, though they still have some give, so are not at all uncomfortable; and the surface is soft but a little clingy, so the ball doesn't slip the way a tennis ball tends to.During the last couple of months I couldn't figure out why there was a dandruffy dust on my mat after I finished my workout until I realized that from all the use over eight years, the ball was starting to shed. Seems to me a more than reasonable lifetime.
