Highly reliable
This is my third one. I love the size and style of this meter and ease of use. Very lightweight. Clear face and easy to read. I don't want/need any bells or whistles, just a really quick reading. I bought the first one when they were first introduced on the market, maybe about 25-30 years ago? Never had a problem with it and the battery lasts a very long time before it dies. I use it at least 3 times a day and I've only changed the battery a few times. It's also very simple to change. I also must have dropped the meter hundreds of times, have carried it around everywhere, banged it many times, and it's never broken. Recently it just suddenly quit working so I ordered the same thing again. I had bought another pretty red one as a backup when I bought the first one and it is still working. I've been using this new one for a couple of weeks and it seems just fine. I'm so glad they have made no new "improvements!" I just wish there were color options as I am really tired of the silver.

Item was shipped in three day I had it. It is very simple to use. It came with lansets but no test strips. I had some because I also have onetouch ultra 2 (backup) they both use same Test Strips and lancets. The ultramini price was right and color very nice. Remember ultra means double test of blood. If you have a smart phone install app "ONTRACK" it does everything blood, weight, food, exersize check it out. Nice black carring case fits on your belt contents held by plastic snap in. Great using Amazon to find this great deal.
