I have used it just 2-3 times in one month time, and it started drying. It does the job very well, but you can't use it for long. Easy to use and shine is also nice.

The product was damaged and there is no returnable policy. In case of non returnable policy you will purposely send defective item which will not be replaced and it is a benefit for you. I am really very unhappy the way you treat your valuable customer. Next time i will not purchase any product from Amazon. Sorry to say this but very unprofessional.
