I like the pure quality of the D3 gels. Taste is nice not bitter like some. I had to take 20,000 units each day to keep my levels up due to medical issues. These NOW 50KU Vitamin D gelcaps work well… one per week raised my level of Vitamin D from the low teens (abnormally low) to high normal. The vast majority of people are Vitamin D deficient, and for many, a few thousand units per day as supplied by many supplements simply won’t raise their levels sufficiently. These gelcaps are the “big guns” and will likely do the trick.
