The product arrived as described an my wife and I used it daily for a month before it stopped working. I took the thing apart( I am an electronic technician) to find all the gearing was cheap plastic and the motor had just about stopped working altogether (spluttered into life for a second or two then died). the idea of the product is good but it needs to be made more robustly to last longer. As I had dismantled the product I could not return it under guarantee so it was binned and hopefully recycled into something more reliable. I was offered a refund if I removed this review to which agreed but on second thoughts why should other people suffer as we did

Pretty good flosser for a price, looks very nice and sturdy, comfortable to use it.Battery last pretty long. I use it in the evening before going to bed and for few days and i still haven’t charged it.It is very compact good for traveling but the disadvantage of its compact design it is small water tank so you’ll have to fill it up few times within one session. I do fill it up twice.Very easy to use, quite straightforward, nothing special, you just fill it up with water, choose the mode you need and that’s it.If you find this review helpful a helpful vote would be much appreciated. Really easy to use and set up (you literally just need to fill it with water). I use the medium setting and it's works really well! I have used regular floss and mouthwash before but this is way better than both of those.I've been using it for the past few days and I can honestly say I notice a difference in my teeth (as no plaque forms at all). It's also easy to use for the back of your teeth which I was struggled with when I used to use regular floss. ALSO it makes flossing quick!It comes pre-charged and it has a good battery (I haven't needed to charge it yet). Honestly I've not had any issues with this.

As a Dental Hygienist I have been recommending a water flosser for a while but wanted to get something that was effective and a good price? I could not expect my patients to spend a large amount of money when I wouldn't my self. This is a great flosser. Doesn't weigh to much. Easier to use with the gravity ball than the Water pik. Larger water tank means less filling required. Enjoying using but would strongly recommend using warm water. Hold the tip against your teeth and move around the tooth's shape to help get to the next Interdental gap. Clean with sterilizing solution once a week as no cleaning instructions.

I had never heard of a water flosser and just happened to see it one day on here when I was looking for something else. I decided to give it a try as the feel of dental floss between my teeth makes my blood curdle, like nails down a blackboard!I was absolutely stunned the first time I used it. I had previously cleaned my teeth and used my interdental brushes so I assumed there would be no debris left. I was wrong. As the water ran out into the sink I noticed quite a number of food particles which my cleaning had clearly missed. I was amazed. I had no idea the water flosser would be so effective.It has three speed settings and a power button. I usually set it to low when I first turn it on so that if it’s not positioned quite right I don’t get a jet of water hitting my tongue at lightning speed. And it IS lightning speed, that’s not really an exaggeration. You can feel the water getting right under your gum line and in between every tooth. I would advise to fill it with tepid water rather than cold, especially if you have sensitive teeth.I’d highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve their gum health. My husband always had bother with bleeding gums but now he’s started using the flosser his gums have stoped bleeding and look healthier. Even my kids use it and they all refused point blank to floss because they hated the feeling of it between their teeth.One last point. There seems to be confusion regarding whether the tank is detachable. It is. You do have to wiggle it a bit to get it to come off but it does.

To their credit, Aucee replaced it promptly (I had it just over a month - it came with 12 months' warranty).However, they now email me daily asking me to delete my review, as if this were a condition of them replacing their faulty goods.I suggest you take the overall star rating for this product with a pinch of salt.Disappointed. My Aucee water flosser leaks from the point where the main body meets the reservoir. I empty remaining water and dry it thoroughly after use and but I end up with pools of water on the surface around it. There is no way I would trust it for travelling. As a product which Aucee claims is rated IPX7 that is extremely poor. This is a shame, as it has decent power and cleans well.

I bought this for my girlfriend who says it's excellent. She was a regular flosser but it was never very comfortable so she wanted to try a water flosser.I looked at several different models on Amazon, you can spend a lot of money on those from the bigger brands but none had better specs than this Aucee so I thought it was worth a go.She says the water jet is very powerful, uses the middle pressure setting and has had very good results with it.It's a quicker process than using traditional floss and the battery life of this model is excellent.Its slightly bigger than expected so its not something she would pack to take away on holiday.Excellent value for money though.
