If you're someone who's struggling with anxiety, I would definitely recommend these supplements. But, like most other natural products, you don't start to feel the benefits of these capsules until some time has passed. Don't get discouraged, keep taking them and gradually you'll notice less and less anxiety. Also, take some time out of your day to practice meditation, it really can do wonders.

I purchased this product with high hopes to help with my anxiety, nervousness and panic attacks every time I m on specific stressful situations like taking school test etc... but to my dismay it doesnt really helped calm my nerves at all. There's some really great reviews w/c makes me decide to go with this but sorry to say it does nothing as it claims to be. If anything it just makes me sleepy w/c is is not what I need during the day when I am trying to be active. I feel like I just wasted my money :( It maybe helpful to others but not to me....

I noticed, almost immediately, that I was sleeping better. I fall asleep and stay asleep. I take this product in the evening before bedtime.The fact that I'm sleeping and my quality of sleep is most wonderful for me and I recommend this to anyone who will listen with an open mind. A Happy Mind

I had good results with this supplement. I would recommend it. Also it is very well tolerated and I did not notice any side effects such as those with over the counter medications even when I take it without food.
