As there is no comprehensive manual with this product so you have to work things out as you configure it. It is without doubt a very feature rich product for the money but the menu structure to access setups feels like it was put together by a three year old. If your a Unix/Linux person you will get an understanding quickly but anybody else will struggle. An example of complication is the Favourite's setup, in this device it is referred to as a Bouquet which adds to the confusion. After a few days learning the jargon; it is as said feature rich for the price. But it is far from a plug and play unit like a UK free-sat product.

I got this purely to receive satellite channels. It’s most disappointing that the blind scan or auto scan fails to find a large number of transmissions. What’s more in the short time I tested it I had 3 lockup’s. It’s back to my low cost but rock solid Golden Interstar.
