Q: The final instructions say "wash in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse and dry". Can I use washing machine with warm water and dryer for this?

I would not put anything dyed in the dryer ever. After you use the washing machine for dyes, clean out the washing machine with several cycles of washing with nothing in the machine. Use the hottest water possible for the machine. Also fill machine with water first, then add wet clothes to be dyed. Be sure to do another round of the dye fixative- that makes a big difference. Good luck!
