e.l.f. Elements Eye, Pink Ice, 0.05 Ounce

You wouldn't think it would be so difficult to find a nice pink eyeshadow for the upper inside eyelid, but so many I've tried are too white, too glitzy, or too dark. This is a nice light, matt finish pink that highlights the eyelid beautifully, and will go with so many other varieties of color you may use on your upper lids.

I love the convenience of this for transporting Mac eyeshadows. The base is a magnet. If you buy the Mac eyeshadows online in the palette refill size (cheaper and better for experimenting with new colors), you can fit them into the circles in this compact and they stay in because of the magnet. Easy to pop them out and change the compact at any time without glue or mess. So cheap and so easy for travel or your purse. (The names of the shadows are on the bottom of the palette refills: I just write the names on a tiny sticky label and put them on the back of my compact so that I can easily remember which colors I have put in the compact. Works very well.)

I like this just "OK" . The powder in the eye shadow is not really fine and as a result it clumps on the brush and then flakes all around the area that you are applying it too. I am using it as an accent on the outside of my eye and when I put it on it fell all over my cheek. So my advice is to blow off excess and pat firmly or just by a better brand. On the up side its a great color.

I bought this as a base color to use on my lower lid, with a brown or purple in the crease/outside edge, and a beige to use as a highlight. I like e.l.f. because it does not cause irritation. This pink is a little too light. Its better as a highlight than a base

The colour is much darker then I thought it would be, based on the picture. It was also much smaller then I had anticipated, which led it to getting completely destroyed in the shipping process.

a bit too heavy

When I originally purchased I was under the impression that the color pads/powder cakes were with the compact as depicted in photo; WRONG ! The compact came with applicator and 4 (four) empty trays, so that I would have to purchase separately. I bought for wife as I liked what I saw: I was a fool to believe it would come complete :(

I like the color and would buy it again!
