My husband had tubes in both of his kidneys for 5 months. It was an ordeal to say the least, carrying two urine bags around was beyond hard. Thankfully, I found this product on Amazon, I cannot say enough positive things. It helped so match psychologically as he was able to put the bags on the well-constructed pockets and looked normal, it provided the ability to go about his normal routine without worrying about bags and pulling the tubes. They are well made, true to size, the fabric is soft, and it did not lose its form or color with frequent washes. It saved our sanity.

The idea is great, the material feels nice and soft, but the functionality isn't useful. There's no hole for the nozzle of the bag to go through and they're definitely not designed for women. These fit like men's underpants so for me I couldn't tell which way was front because they feel the same no matter which way you put them in: awkward. The bag holder is too small for the size bag they gave me (which is standard 600ml) . Also, the bag seems to high when placed, the nurse saw where the bag was placed on these pants and told me they wouldn't be good to use because there's not enough gravity or distance from where the tube is to where the bag sits and I should just use the uncomfortable belt they provide to keep the bag around my calf area.Great idea, there's not a lot of options out there, but the lack of nozzle hole and awkward fit isn't for me.

Don't know how they work. Ordered a "Large" and it is no more than medium. Would not fit and can't return it. Waste of money.

A lifesaver for nephrostomy patient

These looked like the perfect type of incontinence briefs, but they only come in 2 sizes, medium & large, what I did not like about these they don't have a hole where you are suppose to put the tube that is connected to your privates, ,& the pockets don't look like the bag will fit in the pocket especially if you urinate more than once, because the urine might back up, & leak out, so we will have to find an another alternative

This is an amazing product. My wife has two neprostomies and these are life savers however...if it wasn't for the weak stitching on the each side where the neprostomy bag drains come out, I would have given this a 6 star if possible. The stitching comes apart and the bag falls out the bottom. I just reinforced that area with some sowing string and then they are great They should seriously consider reinforcing the stiching in those areas and then this product will be absolutely perfect. Sill...with its shortcoming...a great product.
