I can't say enough good things about this pan! Not only is the 14" diameter a blessing when cooking for a family, but the safe non-stick surface is a huge bonus! I am always wary of non-stick pans, and a "Green" one I had scratched easily with plastic utensils, and wasn't very non-stick! This one is definitely non-stick, with minimal to no fat added and the surface is nice and flat. The lid is vented which is very nice, and I LOVE how lightweight it is despite its great performance! I love my antique cast iron pans, but they can be heavy and high maintenance at times. This pan is easy to clean (follow the directions, and also do NOT use non-stick cooking sprays/oils; they will ruin a non-stick pan!) and attractive enough to stay on my stovetop 24/7. So many choices, I made the right one. Love this pan!

So I read reviews here and watched some reviews online, and didn't believe a cheap pan would perform as well as claimed. But I bought one anyway. Cleaned it with soap and water before first use, I don't know if that was really in the instructions but seriously you should always clean something before cooking in it the first time.My first test was something that came from a review: I heated up the pan over medium heat for a couple minutes. Then I threw some shredded cheese in the middle, I let it cook until it was all melted, then took a tortilla and put it over the cheese for a few seconds, and then basically just scooped up the cheese with the tortilla and I had a instant cheese quesadilla. Looked like something straight from an infomericial.I was able to rapid fire these things out, at like 20 seconds per snack, and the cheese came out clean every time.I did scrambled eggs. Some videos here claim their eggs are sticking even in videos in which you're watching that they are not sticking. No they didn't pour out of the pan, but to say they were sticking is simply inaccurate; although that WAS the biggest mess left in the pan so far, during cleanup the remaining egg flaked out of the pan with basically no pressure from the sponge. No scrubbing at all was needed. But it did leave more stuff on the pan than my cheese test.The pan is surprisingly light. I got the 10" variety but compared to my older 10" skillets, it's considerably less difficult to move. I thought that might mean the heat distribution was going to suffer, but so far I have not been able to detect any major cold/hot spots. I plan on doing pancakes next as a test and I think that will show any heat distribution problems, but so far I'm happy with it.Now I'm writing this review from someone who's had the pan a day. I will make a few video's and update this. As of right now, this pan at this price is shockingly good. But if longevity is bad, less than at least a few years, I'll come back and update. I know it claims to be metal utensil safe and dishwasher safe: I just cannot justify testing that though. I rarely use metal utensils while cooking regardless, and so far this pan is so easy to clean that it takes literally less than a minute, I don't feel the need to put it in my dishwasher.

Great pan...we probably use this one more than any other! But the 8" is fairly lightweight so the handle makes it tip...if you don't have something heavy in the pan then the heating is not consistent unless you stand there and hold the pan down (which is annoying).

I use my 10" nonstick skillet the most, but sometimes I need a 12" pan, but don't really want to use my cast iron skillet. The light weight of this skillet had me concerned, but it cooks great and is a good stand-in when I need something bigger than 10". Added bonus- you can transfer your food from the stovetop to the oven if needed.

The pan was never "non stick" right out of the box. Even though I seasoned it before use, everything cooked without a little butter or oil stuck. Even having said that, after 3 months of use I'm still happy with the pan. It's easy to clean, seems well made and the finish both inside and out seems durable. It's a perfect size to cook for 2 people. I've had no issues with warping or scratching and I use it almost every day. Even with the poor at best non stick performance I would probably buy this pan again.

After watching this pan out-perform others on YouTube's Farm Project and with the affordable price I pulled the trigger and bought one. I'm not disappointed. Other than being lighter than other expensive pans the heat dispersion is balanced and nothing sticks making it a great choice especially given the price if it just lasts a few years and needs to be replaced.

It worked great for the first two months but even then it began losing it's non-stick function. Now I have to soak it each time I cook eggs. Although the outside edge has the same paint scheme as the inside, the outside shows no capacity to shed food. Eggs cracked along the rim burn and permanently stain the paint there. The once shiny aluminum heat dissipation ring on the bottom is now just as corroded as my older pans. I would give this a two star rating but it was very affordable and unfortunately the performance is only average for the industry for this price point.

Tiene buen ver, se siente resistente el material, buen tamaño para lo que es, guisar un huevo, calentar poca comida, me gustó mucho.

Años buscando un buen sartén en donde hacer unos huevitos estrellados sin que se pegara, fácil de voltear y con buen cocimiento, ahora que tengo este sartén disfruto mucho mi desayuno !!

This is a good pan for small sunny side eggs. It is easy to clean and really good.

Hasta el momento no se pega y funciona de maravilla, solo tengo una semana de uso. El reto es que dure como dice. Pero super bien hecho buen calidad y excelente precio.
