Worth my money.
i've had my 4 camera system about 3 months now. so far so good. despite the bad reviews i have read, there is nothing bad i can say about the system. it works great. easy to install, easy to operate, and clear day and night vision. plenty of recording time. i'm happy so far. Although i have not needed to contact customer support. worth my money. good luck

Good quality product and adequate on-line dyi tech support - extremely horrible customer service
When initially installing the item the DVR's hard drive was corrupt and would not boot up (figured this out via Google search and trouble shooting). Because this item was provided by a 3rd party on Amazon, I had to deal with them to resolve/replace my DVR. I received a shipping label quickly enough, but that's where all communication stopped. After repeated attempts to email and call (over a 2-3 month period) I have now had to escalate my refund request (when all I wanted was just a working DVR) with Amazon. Both myself and Amazon verified my return to BEST DEALS 2 SHIP arrived over a month ago. This is very frustrating to say the least. Recommend the product, not the 3rd party seller.

I have bought 2 of these systems. 1 for my home and 1 for my mother in laws. On both of my systems I have 1 slot on my dvr that won’t work. I have tried different camera and different wires. I love the systems but I can’t u understand why both systems are doing this.

Seller is Horrible and not honest
Listing for this systems states it is FLIR supported and you can use with FLIR cloud. BEWARE this system is old and outdated technology. It is no longer supported by either Lorex or FLIR. I would give a -1000 stars if I could. Totally wasted 230.00.
