No batteries needed. Great to see how much time you have left. Very quick and easy to set. Only does an hour (like all other spring timers) but I would really love a 12 hour one! The ring is a bit on the quiet side, you won't hear it if you are in a different room - but basically it's a lovely and great timer - makes a nice present too.

Its quite good and is well made but alarm isnt very loud

Works ok but not as loud as I would like.It seems as if the bell is touching something so not ringing true.I can't find any way into the mechanism to correct it

Good timer. I had to replace one my son dropped on the floor. it is very good and works well

It does not have a "Loud Alarm". the alarm sounds for 3.Seconds. Why are Amazon selling this?

I've had various mechanical timers over the last few years - usually the 'safe dial' type - but the quality and design has been dropping to the point where I've returned so many I've given up on them.This timer is finally what I've been looking for - strong magnet which doesn't slip as you set the timer, positive and precise action, easy to read and a nice looking design. Only a kitchen timer, I know, but a workhorse device in my kitchen and this fits the bill perfectly.

Both of ours broke within a week of using, loved the concept though

This alarm works fine when you time it for long, let's say at least 20 minutes. When you time it at 7 the alarm doesn't go on, it clicks for about 5 minutes then the sound goes off...therefore I have mixed feelings about it. Nice design though.

Timer analogico che rimane perfettamente attaccato a qualsiasi superficie metallica. La parte posteriore è una calamita unica, quindi è molto forte, perfetto per essere attaccato alla porta di un frigo che si apre in continuazione.Il suono non è eccessivamente forte, ma si sente senza problemi da altre stanze con porta chiusa.
