Price was reasonable, great sun protection, without the tan.

It's an okay product for its price. Bought to cover my tattoos during the summer.Personally, it'd go with N-rit sleeves, 'cause they have a bit longer lifetime and quality overall. My problem was that N-rit's were either not available for shipment in black (when I wear white ones the tattoos sill can be seen - no matter what brand), or overpriced. However, for the same price I can afford two pairs of these and just throw them away when they're done. They don't roll off even during physical activity and I don't get overheated - which is the most important thing for mePros:- they don't have any logos.- reasonable price- good fit (I'm 6'2 with pretty long arms)Cons:- the fabric seems to be sensitive for scratches (especially keep them away from velcro - it destroy the sleeves fast enough)- a little loose on wrists compering to N-rit

My fiance works out in the sun all day doing landscaping. He has been wearing long sleeved shirts to cover and protect his sleeve tattoos, but they are hot and bulky. These sleeves have been a lifesaver. When you invest a lot of money into something it is nice to be able to protect it, and sun is damaging for sure. I cannot attest fully to their longevity though because he put them through rough and tough days with his job. We will probably go through several pairs. However, they do hold up in the wash well, and even with his rough treatment of them they are still fully intact and working well. He wears them about 60 hrs a wk for the the past 6 wks. We have 3 pairs that we alternate.

I love these they fit a bit snug on the top of my arm but will get less tight with time. What I love about it is they just look like I have a shirt on under my current shirt. I cant be in the sun light long and need to cover up when I am in the sun. Its nice to find something that just looks normal not like a medical covering or like I'm going running I got the black ones so they match anything I wear with them. I don't get any odd looks while I'm out. I have only had mine for a couple of days so not sure on how long they last and all of that but there nice so far and have a great price.

I wear these every day while working construction. I have four pairs total in rotation. My wife washes them with the rest of my work clothes. They allow me to wear a lightweight short sleeve shirt and keep the sun off my skin. Keeping the sun off helps as much as the cooling effect they have when wet. Don't be fooled by the six pack by elixir...they fit like they were made for kids. I'm 6'1" 224 lbs, they fit with a normal size T shirt, coming up about 2" above my elbow starting at my wrist.

I am very thankful for these sleeves. I wanted them for my mom who works in the hot Hawaiian sun every Wednesday tending to her garden. I am all for sun protection. I was very happy to learn about the Elixer sleeves. I recommend them to everyone. I use them when I am driving so that the one arm is protected outside the window. I can honestly say that when I have them on, I feel 10 degrees cooler in the arms.Great protection, great product, very happy to own them.I recommend them to all who want protection from the sun.Much appreciation of the seller, and the product.

When I first got the sleeves they were wonderful, they fit well they were long enough, they provided ample compression, providing good cooling and stayed in place all day long.About a week after I got them, I laundered them carefully by hand and hung them up to dry. When dry, I put them on and the cuff at the wrist became frayed and started to unravel. The unraveling was all around the cuff, at least 12 strands were unraveling all of the same time. It made them unusable until I got a pair of shears and cut the strands where they were unraveling from the cuff..I've worn them several times since and washed them plenty of times as well, but they continue to unravel every time I put them on. Regretfully, even though I love the the compression, the weight, the color, everything about them except the unraveling, I cannot recommend them because of the lack of finishing on the cuffs.I would recommend looking elsewhere for a better finish on the cuffs, perhaps a name brand sleeve.

I have purchased sleeves from other dealers and they have always been poorly made or cheaply made. These are really well made of high quality material that will last when you throw them into the wash. They look good (for the outfit that you want to add long sleeves to) and they keep the sun off of you (for those of us who are concerned about skin cancer). I live in the middle of a desert and I keep a spare pair in my car and in my purse... I always use them and they look good. When dressing up I just flip the edge of the sleeve over to cover the logo. Nice product.
