I bought this bag (but a smaller size) from a different site and realized this larger size would work better for my daughters school needs. The company noticed I ordered 2 similar bags and emailed me immediately. I was able to return the smaller bag with no issue.It was nice to have the company recognize and reach out to me with concern of a duplicate order! Excellent customer service!Also...this bag is Amazing. It fits everything my daughter needs for school, fits her well and she Loves it.

My 5 year old loves her new backpack! Zipper broke after a week

Loved it! I bought it for my 6 year old daughter and she loves it! Perfect size, quality and material is very nice!

I bought this for my daughter, who is kindergarten, and carries very little (think a single folder and occasional library book) in her backpack. She used this backpack for approx. two months and the zipper broke entirely. It is completely beyond repair. Very disappointing since the aesthetics of this backpack is adorable. I do not recommend this product. Very cheaply made and overpriced in my opinion. Heaven forbid your child needs a durable, sturdy backpack...This is NOT for you! Poorly made.

Very nice. Much sturdier than I ever imagined. Easy to clean off dirt. My daughter loves it.
