VERY GOOD Performance, reaches lower back well. Works extreamly well and is of a good build, The range of speeds are good as are the range of attacments which are very easy to change. I returned a smaller more expensive massage gun as the buttons were too stiff to operate, although a little heavy for my hand it is very manageable and used weeklyI purchased due to good reviews and pricing, the customer service id fantastic and the warranty amazing.

Excellent performance-This is amazing , light weight, easy to hold and just perfect weight for a deep, very deep massage! Intelligent design and performance! Wow! The red light heat feature is wonderfully soothing and therapeutic.

I don't usually review items but in the case of this product I am happy to do so. I have been suffering with lower back and shoulder issues for while now, and I felt that the inflammatory creams and tablets were not enough. I decided to try something different and found the Snailax massager which after reading the reviews, I decided to buy. I have used this product, and was impressed and surprised following the first time I used it to find that it had reduced the level of pain that I had been feeling in my lower back. I have also used it on my shoulder pain and again I can feel the benefits of the massage that this product provides. I have continued to use it 2 further times and it has reduced the pain by at least 75%. I am confident that should I continue to use it I can become almost pain free. The reviews from other people who have bought this product have highlighted a couple of things that are not liked - 1) Item is quite heavy 2) That the heat feature does not get very hot. In fairness these are minor and do not detract from what this product provides. The only thing to add from my point of view is that it would have been nice to has a proper case of some sort to put the massager in. I cannot comment on how reliable the product is but I have been able to get a 2 year warranty which I am happy with. I am extremely happy so far with my purchase.

I am suffering from a trapped nerve in my shoulder with the pain running down the length of my arm and into my hand. My GP won't give me anything to ease the 24/7 suffering so I have been looking for alternatives to creams and off the shelf painkillers. I wanted to try a reasonably priced massaging tool and this one seemed a good first choice. So far I have found the machine has helped ease the pain and the shape allows be to not only treat my shoulder but also is ideal for running down my arm. I like that it is cordless and is rechargeable. The handle is a good length allowing you to reach any part of your back with ease. I find it easy to use and effective. I also like to use it in conjunction with creams and gels as it helps to massage them in especially on the heat setting. I like that it has a range of speeds and pulse settings and that there are a number of easily changeable attachments. So far I am happy with my purchase especially at the price point. It has a great warranty period, and customer services are very helpful and responsive.

This is very good at helping with back and shoulder ache....However..it is heavy and cumbersome. Difficult to use alone but is effective when applied by your partner.

Awesome product

Appears pretty much the same as the one used by my chiropractor, but cheaper. A Christmas present to myself so I didn’t mind that it was sent out in its own packaging.The heat setting takes a while to get going but is pleasant. The different levels are good because the strongest one can be a bit too powerful for really painful areas but the less intense ones are good.Long arm means I can reach without needing help.I haven’t used the attachments yet but am happy with the item, it does what I’d hoped for and feels like a quality item.Only potential downsides I’ve found so far:Be aware it’s heavy (feels like swinging a club) so don’t drop it on your toes, head or shins. It could do some damage.It’s a bit easy to change the settings by accident when reaching for awkward areas.
