After taking this four two days, day 3, I got out of bed, and began to walk and noticed my knees weren't hurting. Back in mid July, I fell, and hurt my knees. I tried toughing it out, and finally went to an orthopedic weeks after my accident. After viewing the x-ray, the doctor pointed out my knees has arthritis. He gave me a steroid injection in both knees. Two weeks later, my knees were still hurting, and the anthric formula Tylenol was no help. I stumbled across, chicory root, and made a purchase. purchased. The rest is history. They really work. However, my disappointment is, from a bottle of 100, it suggest to take 2 twice a day. That would be 4 a day, meaning this will last 25 days. That also mean, I'll have to purchase 2 bottles a month, or a larger bottle. I've noticed, some of these companies are selling supplements that will last 20 to 25 days, which looks like a strong possibility of greed. If that's the case, these sellers should rethink their sales strategies. To take advantage of those who suffer pain or discomfort, is a bad practice to get more money from others. There is a such thing as karma, and the sellers could be setting themselves up for situations that money can't fix. I'm hoping this seller will eventually sell enough for 30 days. I'm a senior citizen living on a fixed income, and I know I'm not alone. I would like to suggest to this seller, please don't take advantage of us to make a higher monetary gain. That gain may turn out to be a bigger loss.

I don’t know if it was coincidence or not. I had been wanting to add this supplement for a while now but hadn’t made the move. When it arrived, I took my first 2 pills, coincidentally I had taken two extra strength Tylenol just prior and about thirty minutes later my lower right back pain, which I had been suffering terribly from for 3 years, significantly subsided. My pain is due to the inability to move bowel sufficiently. Tylenol does not usually relieve this pain. I decided to just take 2 daily for my first week. That week I began to have daily movements. When I increased to 2 caps twice daily I started going 2-3 times daily and not skipping a day as frequently as before. I’m going to stop after the first bottle to reassure myself that it is in fact these caps. If so , I’m a customer for life. I hope I can remember to update.Update 10/6/22: So, I was just notified that folks are finding my review helpful and then I remembered that I didn’t do the update. Well I did stop and things Immediately returned to super sluggish movement. I also stopped taking my probiotic. When I restarted I started by only taking the Chicory root as a prebiotic, it works y’all. That’s less money I’ll be spending as I have decided to eliminate the probiotics and rely on my diet for that. This Chickory root is the Bomb and a supplement I don’t foresee ever stopping.

changing original 1 star review to 3 star review to reflect excellent customer service;after posting the original review I received an email from the company offering to refund the purchase price and that is amazing...... which caused a lot of uncomfortable gastro intestinal issues - just the opposite of what it's supposed to do! I'm returning to a supplement I used before (EastWest Herbal on Etsy and a bit more expensive), which is a chicory root powder EXTRACT. And that makes all the difference (no idea why!) but I feel great with the extract powder and have regular bowels and no gastro issues.

My body seems to like this very much. Not sure why, but when I’m feeling sluggish and out of sorts, this seems to get everything back into working order.
