Yes they do have deans plugs on already.

They are ok i have better luck with venom but they are pricey

Yes, with an electric speed controller (ESC) and motor. I am using the battery in an RC plane with a 2212 motor and 30A ESC.

Q: Does the wiring hook ups fit the dji phantom 1? size fit?

I dont have a phantom, it the connector on these are deans like.
