I like using ginseng in the evening before working out. It gives me a good boost of energy and unlike caffeine it doesn't interfere with my sleep.

I've been surprised in the mornings by an increased libido... so to speak. At my ageit's a pleasant surprise to see that again!I take 2 a day... sometimes I enhance it with other herbs and supplements too.I suggest you try it, quit drinking alcohol, and see what happens in 2-3 days.

I bought this product for my husband, having previously tried a more expensive alternative. He did not think the same level of energy and calm were achieved with this product. As an observer, I believe the product was less effective by noticing a decrease in his energy and drive while taking this product. We will continue to buy the other product that has been well reviewed.

Not effective for my IBS, but what else is new?Despite doing endless research on what animal studies may showas being possibly effective for IBS, apparently, this may be a dead end...but as many have found, almost anything is worth a try...since noprescription Rx works either.
