Good charger, but an extremely tight fit for batteries.
After looking around for a USB travel charger for the Canon NB-11L battery, I took a chance on this charger based on other reviews for this make. First impressions are that it is lightweight and appears quite a solid build. However, it is a VERY VERY tight fit for either the standard Canon battery or a generic one, and you will need good fingernails to release the battery. Because of this, you also have to gently manipulate the battery until it registers for charging. This is simply because of the tight fit and is why this is three and not five stars. To make the insertion and removal of batteries this difficult is a little baffling, to say the least.Other than the fit issue, don't be put off as it appears to do what it is intended for, and would also appear ideal as either a backup or travel charger. Delivery time was very reasonable, considering that it was posted from Germany and was packed well for posting.

perfect after a little tweaking
works ok, looks a little cheap and had to tweak the contacts as they were inset a little too far, worked fine after that.. little bit of a tight fit so mind your nails removing the battery after charging, the unit charges both original and after market batteries fine on the go in my car or from my Anker power pack..
