I loved these brackets! They are very securely held to the wall with the supplied hardware, the hooks protect your firearms. They are different sizes to hold the weapon level and yet securely. The longer hook is for the wrist end and the shorter hook is for the stock closer to the muzzle. I feel perfectly safe in displaying antique firearms on these good looking, quality hooks.
