The Concierge Manual: A Step-by-Step Guide to Starting Your Own Concierge Service or Lifestyle Management Company

I am starting a Concierge (Errand Service) here in Charlotte, NC and I think from all that I have seen that is out there this is the best of them, thus my 5 stars.Note: For a person already in the business this will likely NOT give them any new information.My only negative is there are no forms. It appears everyone who makes forms wants to charge for them.If this is a new business venture for you get the book! :-)

This book has some valuable information for whoever is interested in opening this kind of business. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because Instead of fourth edition I’ve received the third edition which was a little outdated, but still very useful.

I have started my concierge business and this has opened my eyes to so many possibilities that it's amazing. I know see all the things I was doing incorrectly, especially when it came to charging for my services. I couldn;t give it a five because I would have like a little bit more details on dealing with vendors but overall this is a great book to get started!

I am really excited about starting my own concierge business. The information is great and has helped me to understand what I need to do to get started. I currently have other businesses ventures going and this will enhance the services I can give to my customers/clients. Thanks again for offering this book, unable to find in local bookstores. Book arrived in good time and in really good condition. Has useful information and includes tips, tricks and templates.Is a great starting point and reference for someone looking to start his or her own business.

An excellent handbook for the novice to be up and running quite quickly. The concierge business is a new venture for me and will gear up with a focus on the senior demographic. I found Katharine's words insightful,helpful and hope to meet her and/or correspond. Her experience is priceless.

Useful information about the different markets within the concierge business. Easy to read and understand with step by step process. Includes excellent references too.
