I have not found a better shampoo for my naturally curly hair. It leaves it soft and shiny.

OMG! this is a miracle product for hair. I don't know where to start. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find the right shampoo/conditioner and styling products for my hair. I saw the informercial for Wen and I was very skeptical. It took me a very long time to finally give in and give it a try. I figured what have I got to lose. I've already spent enough money on so many hair products I figured what's one more product to try. Well, let me tell you, just one use of the Wen Fig cleansing conditioner, my hair felt and looked 100% better. Before using Wen, my hair felt dry like straw and very frizzy. I have thick Wavy/curly hair and color treated (Red). Everytime I would wash my hair with regular shampoo my hair would fall out in CLUMPS. I had hair in the shower drain, hair in the sink and all over my bathroom floor. My color would bleed and could see the color go right down the drain. After using Wen, I had not one hair in the shower drain and maybe 3 strands in the sink. And the color did not bleed one bit. My white towel was actually white. And the most exciting thing was that I had no hair on my floor. I even had my husband try it. HIs hair is also curly/wavy. His results were just as amazing. We thought he had lost the curl in his hair but after using Wen just one time, his curl sprung back. UNBELIEVABLE. I had given up and was almost tempted to cut all my hair off, but I'm so grateful that I purchased this product first. I really wish I wouldn't have waited so long, it would of saved me a lot of fustration,time and money. I know some people might think the price is a little bit much for shampoo, but take it from me, in the long run, you'll be saving yourself a lot of money, time and frustration trying to find the right product for your hair. I know I've found mine and I would recommend this to everyone. I have told everyone I know about Wen and what a great product it is. I've thown out all my other shampoos/conditioner and all of the styling products I had. I only need one thing now.Today I had one of my friends try mine and she loved it so much she is going to start using it. Both my daughter and my 6 year old granddaughter are going to be using the Wen shampoo. One thing I want to mention is that, for me, I don't need to use as many pumps as they say in the instructions. I put in my second order for Wen. This time I ordered the Pomegranite. Can't wait to use it. However, I do like the fig. The smell is pleasant, not overbearing and my hair smells wonderful. I also like the tingly feeling when its on my scalp. I will be trying all of the different ones that Wen has. I urge anyone who has dry, damaged, fizzy, color treated hair, with no shine, to try this product. You will not be dissapointed. I know I'm not. I am very happy that I finally found the ONE!!

I've been using Wen for many years in spite of the bad press, which was mostly caused by a combination of marketing greed and consumers not following directions. This is the only product I've found that doesn't strip either my hair or scalp, and leaves my hair shiny, bouncy and clean. Use fewer pumps -- I use three in front and two in back for below-chin-length hair -- leave it in for three minutes, then rinse and keep rinsing. This is NOT shampoo: it doesn't lather up and it doesn't rinse out immediately. It does leave your hair clean and moisturized. I've never found a good alternative, including Prose and other "personalized" brands.

I like how soft my hair is after using it; however, my hair is so fine and not much of it, it makes it feel greasy. I still use it but very little at a time. Then it doesn’t feel as greasy.I needed to give my long-haired puppy a bath and wasn’t sure what I should use so I used the Wen conditioner cleanser. It cleaned him well and left his hair so soft - but it didn’t feel greasy on him at all! And I used more on him than on myself. LOL.

I have had scalp issues with all shampoos until the "Wen by Chaz" conditioning cleanser collection. Expensive, but when I try others, I have problems. Sometimes paying more is worth it!!

I have thick naturally curly hair that is also coarse. Regular shampoos dry out my hair and cause scalp irritation. This is my go to for my hair. It changes it instantly. You only need a dab to wash and rinse well. No suds. Then, put a pea size back on your hair and massage into your hair. Leave on. Once you use for a week, you will understand why millions swear by this.

BRIEF OVERVIEW: I have 4a/b type natural hair and after much consideration not really to do with pricing because I am a product junkie and have ordered way more expensive stuff that didn't work but more so based on reviews. So when I received a special offer in the mail for the WEN sample kit I ordered it and immediately called and opted out and cancelled the recurring monthly shipments they put you in when you sign up and had no issues. I ordered the Sweet Almond scent and have had it for over a month as I was waiting to try out some other products I had. In between that time and now I have read tons of reviews and to my dismay most of the reviews I read stated the Fig scent works best on black hair so I finally decided to just order the Fig from Amazon to see what works better. Most people have had great results the second time they used the product and since it's a new month I can now try something else and see if it works. So here is what I did:MY CLEANSING PROCESS:1. Detangled and separated my hair in four sections2. Pre-poo for a couple of hours(I always prepoo regardless of whether I shampoo or cowash)3. Rinsed with cool water as stated on the bottle for 2 minutes (this was a little strange for me as I always do my first rinse with warm water and last rinse with cool water by the way I actually used a timer because I wanted to follow instructions exactly so I can accurately state how the product worked following the directions)4. After rinsing I went to work on applying the product to each section. It recommends minimum 8 pumps for each section so I did 10 for the bottom half and 15 for the upper half since the front of my hair is thicker than the back. I did the left side with the Fig and the right side with the Sweet Almond. I had a spray bottle filled with cool water on hand so that I could spray my hair after applying and working the product through my hair and then I massaged my scalp for each section.5. I then put my deep conditioning cap on to allow product to sit on hair, it recommends minimum of 10-15 mins but it also states the longer the better so I left for a full hour.6. Rinsed each section with cool water7. Used the remoist mask treatment and left that on overnight and rinsed in the morning.8. After rinsing use 2 pumps of the fig cleanser and applied to my hair as leave in then I did my regular styling routine with moisturizing and sealing.RESULTS: I'm honestly shocked this stuff worked!My hair looked and felt better than before I used it. I am a product junkie and I have tried so many products so I was not expecting this stuff to deliver any good results like everyone else has been experiencing but here it is two days later and my hair is still soft! This is the first time I've used a cleansing product that actually left my hair feeling better than I expected. HOWEVER I must say that I really really really really love the way the Fig cleanser worked on my hair better than the Sweet Almond. The Fig cleanser had soooooo much more slip than the sweet almond and it gave me more of a tingling sensation when I massaged my scalp verses the Almond. I will use both cleansers and if I continue to have good results and end up repurchasing I will definitely be getting Fig cleanser not the Sweet Almond. Something else I will not be getting is the Remoist Mask Treatment. I actually liked the way my hair looked and felt better than BEFORE I put the remoist on so I will skip purchasing that.REVIEW: So for first time use this gets 5 stars as it "suprisingly" delivered what I was looking for, the Sweet Almond gets 4. I will continue to use the rest of the month and will monitor if I see any changes or differences (hair falling out as some have said) and give a final update on how good the product worked over a month's time.
