Mythic Renaissance Medieval Irish Costume Over Dress & Cream Chemise Set

I'm 5'1 1/2 and a little overweight. The S/M fits almost perfectly. The overcoat only slightly dragged on the ground. I kinda like that it did as it got all dirty and works for the time period! I received numerous compliments on this dress at the Ren Faire. The seller was extremely quick in answering my questions and very polite. She sent it out super fast as well and I received it a few days after ordering. Would recommend and will be back for more.

I absolutely love this dress!!! I was a little afraid of the size I chose. I'm about 5'1 and where a size 14 so I ordered the L/XL, fully expecting it to be a bit long. It was, but it's nothing that couldn't be fixed. The under dress is a bit big on me, (which might be intentional) but the chemise fits great and I can tighten it to fit me perfectly. I might have been okay with a size smaller, but I'm very happy with my purchase! 10/10 would recommend.

This dress came in a day before it said it would!! So super fast shipping! The under dress is more white then cream but I wanted it that way anyways and the material is really soft. The over dress fit really well and the martial is well made and soft as well. I can't wait to wear this to the raniasance fair! The length is a little long, I'm 5'6 and I got a L/XL so I might have to wear heels so it doesn't drag and get ruined but that's okay.

I am generally a size 16 in pants with a 38DD sized chest. I am 5'7 and right on the borderline of a plus sized woman. I ordered the 2x-3x based off of reviews. This size fit me perfect! It does fit more like a 2x though. The burgundy part of this dress is longer than the ivory part by a few inches. Also the burgundy part is adjustable. It has a corset in the front and the back with adjustable shoulders so you can make it into a 3x if needed. I did not get mine hemmed, instead I carried it which worked for me. The material is polyester and does not breath like at all which depending on the season you wear it could work for yourself, or not. I wore it for the renaissance festival in Ohio on a 35 degree day. I wore layers underneath the dress (black leggings and a cold gear UA long sleeved shirt). The fabric of the dress kept the heat in well! I was not cold all day! I stayed warm without being overheated. HOWEVER...on a hot summer day, this would be miserable, but i'm sure there are ways to pin it up to make it work. I read other reviews before buying my dress just to make sure this would work for me and I can gladly say it does! The quality of the dress is superior and holds up well. It is thin material, but will work for anyone looking into dressing up without spending too much money. Like with anything, if you take care of it, it will last!

Absolutely perfect! I wore this the the maryland rennasaince festival and got multiple complements about the dress. I'm 5'6/5'7 and a size 10-12 and this fit great. It's long but that's how it should be for the time period. I would highly recommend it's a great product for a very decent price.

Beautiful. The overdress is a little long for me, but it won't take much to fix that (short people problems). The material is very silky and hangs nicely. Boning under the embroidery keeps everything in place for that lovely laced up look. The underdress is the perfect length for me (I'm 5ft 4in), but just a little bit snug in the waist for what I was expecting with a L/XL. It has enough give that it isn't a problem at all though, in fact, I like the shape it gives to the outfit without the bulk of trying to cinch in a bunch of extra fabric. Can be worn on or off the shoulders depending on the look you are going for. Plus, it arrived earlier than expected. I can't wait to wear it!

I love this dress, I'm very impressed with the quality and it was sent to me in record time (took about 3 days) The picture shown for the red version is misleading because it's a bit lighter/muted in person. I love the chemise, it's fun and flutters. Again the color is off as shown in the picture, in person the chemise is paper white rather than the slight beige that it looks in the picture. I'm about 5'8/5'9 and the dress drags on the ground a bit, not a deal breaker, and easily hemmed, but thought it should be mentioned. Genuine renaissance outfits are crazy expensive, so for a dress like this under $100 is a great deal. Other than color issues, I would have given this a five star review.

I ordered it one size larger just in case and while it does fit a little large I LOVE the way it looks! I will post a picture soon! Wore it to a Renaissance scholarship event and got loads of compliments!
