Although this litter tray is very expensive it works well. The one criticism I have is that the instructions are in Chinese and the English is rather sketchy. It’s difficult to use the WiFi app because I don’t think there is an English version. You tube usually has videos explaining in detail how the cat trays work but I couldn’t find anything under jlxl. When the box arrived I saw it was marked as MEET. Tried that and lot’s of videos popped up but none in English and none showing how to put it together. It isn’t difficult though and is working well at the moment and the cats have taken to it no botherUPDATEAfter using this litter box for a while I have come to the conclusion it is not worthy the money. The non stick silicon membrane does not really work so there are clumps sticking to if immediately after cleaning. I have thoroughly dried the membrane and all parts before use so that’s not the problem. The waste gets clogged in the chute and over spills into the workings or the machine so it is far more labour intensive than cleaning out an ordinary litter tray. Another disappointment is the wireless facility it seems to be only in Chinese so I’d really a waste of timeOn reflection I wish I had never purchased this and would advise anyone considering this to save your moneyFURTHER UPDATEI have now given up on this litter box and is getting dumped. It’s a classic case of a good idea but the practical application is sadly lacking. The litter pan is to shallow so the litter sticks to sticks to the silicon base. When the grid scrapes the clumps up they break apart sliding down the disposal chute so the litter breaks apart and spills over to the outside of the litter drum. To keep it clean the whole thing would have to be stripped down and clean EVERY day.I would urge everyone to avoid this like the plague and save what is a considerable amount of money.Lastly I would like to apologise to anyone who read my original review and decide to purchase this on the strength of it

love the product makes cleaning's up after 3 cats so much easier my cats love this litter box
