It works and it's not expensive
Plastic is the preferred material to measure a metal watch or anything as it will not scratch the object you are measuring. This works great and is accurate enough for my amateur watch uses.

Pretty accurate
Are they spot on perfect? No, but they are so close that if it really matters to you on true perfect and exact accuracy then you're not really out buying $8 calipers are you?Saw a review not happy with material "cheap plastic", item description states it is "Material: Carbon Fiber Composites" which is a plastic material that is combined with Carbon Fibers for strength. The description is very accurate and is in fact Carbon Fiber Composites from an Awl scratch test which reveals some embedded fibers. What else is there to say, they are cheap cost wise, and they work. While they won't get you far down in sub micron level accuracy, they will get you close enough to replicate a part, say on a 3d printer.Overall, perfect.

Does the job.
I am not a pro, and I sparingly use this to measure and purchase parts for my bike. It’s plastic, and doesn’t feel super durable, but it works for my use! It’s dependable, and I’m so glad I found it at such a great price.

A basic must have for any DIY toolbox, but a lot of plastic
Cheap, easy to use, accurate enough for the DIY. Mostly plastic, for a few bucks more you can get a stainless steel version which is probably worth it, though no real complaints about this one.

Perfect, and exactly as described in ad
The ability to zero-out your value at any point has been invaluable. Plus, I got unexpected use out of the back end of it when I realized it could be used as a depth gauge. The only issue I had with it was when the battery cover popped off unexpectedly, and I nearly lost the battery itself. I can't blame the device for it as I was wearing gloves that reduced my touch sensitivity, so I didn't realize I had done it until the cover and battery hit the floor.
