Even IF I hated this product, the customer service is unmatched. I bought this a while ago and just recently cut my finger on a very small manufacturing defect. I reached out to customer support and they refunded me for the purchase while letting my keep the item and sending me another wall mount free of charge. I will absolutely be buying more products from these guys, honestly I’ll probably buy every tv or monitor mount I’ll ever need again from this company 10/10 customer service AND the product is very nice. The adjustments are easy and actually hold. I have a 32” monitor that’s vertical and it never sags or looses it’s position. Couldn’t be happier!

Good quality monitor stand. I have two 27" monitors and this stand has been holding them very well.

Arm looks great but I’m literally missing the piece to screw the arm to the monitor. I’ve looked through everything an I can’t find it. Might have to return this if I can find it by end of day. Don’t want my monitor to fall off while I’m using it. Other than that it was simple to put together.

Veeery easy to set up, user friendly and comes with every tool needed to put it together. Now I'm not straining my neck to look down at the screen.👍

These monitor mounts were easy to put together, and I love how easy it is to adjust the monitor position. The materials are solid, it feels very high quality, and the mount feels like it's not going to move. This mount made our multiple monitor set up work perfectly.

Purchased these to hold up my dual 32in monitor set up and they are perfect! Highly recommend these mounts for any monitors sizes 32inches and smaller!

Let's talk about the 3 stars. Honestly.Quality - Too many parts for my liking on the quality overall. Plus it requires you to drill a descent sized hole into your desk.*Side note: I did NOT opt to do this part. It held up well without doing this step. *Minus a star for this.Space saving - Yes, it saved lots of space. It will allow you to pull each screen very close for viewing - seperately from one another of course (see company pics). This part was a huge plus.Size - as expected.Mounting option for security - This worked well, but if you prefer a flush desk against the wall, this wont work for you. You will require room to securely mount this product onto the desk. (See company pics).The biggest draw back for me was the amount of parts. I was aware of this in the beginning, and then painfully aware of this when I had to move my desk to another space (that required me to remove this dual monitor mount). So many parts. It made me regret the whole purchase. *Minus a star for this part.
