Easy to understand
It explains the formula's needed for biomechanics in a very easy-to-understand format, while also explaining why you need them. THe book was extremely helpful.

Biomechanics 101 for everyone
Not at all for dummies! This is the meat, bones, and musculature that you need to know if you want to animate accurately, exercise knowledgeably, or understand anatomy better. The only thing missing is good color drawings, which Dummies books never have (a dumb publishing decision), though the line drawings here are useful.

Organized and engaging, but had quite a lot of errors in the chapter on nervous system control. Do not rely on any information from that chapter for exams, essays, projects, etc. Kinematic recording chapter was also outdated. Please note the five star rating, regardless.

Moslty the forces involved.
I knew this wasn't THE book I was looking for, but while it failed in giving a more "mechanical connection" view, I found it to be a surprisingly good book for anyone getting into robotics!
