These are made of Polyamide, Polyuraethane instead of Polyester and Spandex. They are ultra thin with high compression. They fit better than any I've tried. There is no vertical seam. It's continuous fabric all the way around. Same exact compression sleeves used by athletes on TV. Never thought something so simple would help with the pain of Tendonitis but they do. It's 10 dollars well spent.

I work in a lumber yard and purchased these as I would rather cover up than have to re-apply sunscreen at the top of every hour (especially since it is hard to remember to do so). These do a wonderful job of keeping my arms out of the direct sunlight without retaining heat like an undershirt normally would. They have also been proven to be very durable, holding up to weeks worth of 9+ hour shifts working with lumber which is constantly snagging on the sleeves and leaving splinters. As thin as the sleeves are, they have yet to tear and no splinters have yet gone through the material and poked me.I'd definitely recommend picking up a few pairs in different colors, just for the sake of having them match whatever color shirt you may be wearing on a particular day.

I live and play outdoors in Phoenix, so safe to say, I know sun. I bought these thinking they'd protect my arms from burning during rounds of golf, and I have to say, I am pleased with how cool and comfortable they are. They actually feel cooler than wearing nothing on my arms at all. I would definitely buy again.

Rather, it fits only those who match the sizing of the garment. You shorties like me -- realize these will stretch to fit a 6'6" man. So, where does that leave those of us over a foot shorter? I'll tell you, with a lot of excess material flapping in the breeze, doing nothing.In addition, if you're a woman, you may well not have the heft to fill out the sleeves. Beware when a seller says "one size fits all." Because it doesn't.Quality otherwise is fine. That is not the issue I am addressing. Would have been very nice if they'd made S-M-Lg.

I'll start by saying I bought these for a rather unusual purpose. When playing PC games, my elbow clings to the smooth surface of my desk and restricts mouse movement. This has been the perfect solution, allowing my elbow to slide freely. The fit is quite nice, snug but not restricting, and I haven't noticed it riding up or down, it stays put quite well. The 'cooling' effect is remarkable, my sleeved arm is noticeably cooler than my unsleeved one. I would never have expected that adding material would ever feel cooler than bare skin. I've noticed some other comments having issues with them unraveling; mine arrived in perfect condition and I haven't run them through the wash yet. I probably wont need to often if at all, since I wont be wearing these out and sweating in them, so I probably won't be able to speak to the durability.

I bought these to protect my arms and keep me cool in the African sun. They definitely do their job, but they are a bit small, and I'm a small woman. I had to pull them up frequently, but they covered me well enough for the most part. I'd probably try a different brand next time.

Fit is good and everything works like it should but washed on gentle cycle in washing machine in a garment bag and now they are falling apart. And I need to wear these at work to cover my tattoos per company policy so now I'm going to have to order more, but I will go and buy ones that are a little more expensive and better quality.
