More cons than pros.
Pros - Hub was easy to setup. Easy to use app once you are logged in.Cons - Though setting up the hub was easy, setting up the sensor is another story, it took quite sometime and several tries. Calibration is off by a couple of points, but it is easily adjusted via the app. No push notifications. App requires a password input everytime you use it, I don't see a need for this, it's not my bank acct, it's just the temperature/humidity in my vacation home. Updates are only every hour. Also, the app goes thru a server, if the server ever goes down or the manufacturer goes out of business, the whole thing becomes a paperweight.Would I buy again? Not sure, I do need another one for my other home but will try to look for a different one.Tip to the manufacturer - Add push notifications. Remove password or if you insist on security, add fingerprint login. Allow for direct access by providing a field for ip address (could be static or DNS) and port number. Also, real time update request would be a nice addition. I strongly believe with these changes you would have a 10 star product.Update - Downgrading to 1 star. After 2 months it is no longer linking.

works well, easy to setup
I am using the app on iOS, and I'd say it's still pretty raw in terms of UI/design, but it works well and is easy to setup alongside the hub/sensor. if you are looking for constant, to-the-minute updates, this may not work for you. it seems to update on its own schedule and the forced updating doesn't usually work. temp/humidity is accurate within 5-10 minutes, so not a big deal unless you need that immediate reporting. I have been able to check it away from my home network without issue.I have not had a chance to use the export data features yet, but I plan to once I have more data to analyze. I am using these to monitor temp/humidity in grow tents. so far, what I can see in the app is well presented. some typos along the way, but useful.my overall impression: impressed. I have 2 more sensors on order.UPDATE: vendor reports the sensor batteries are replaceable 2032 batteries. first sensor is currently at 97% after about a week of use, nice to know I can replace them without much hassle down the line.

Exactly what I needed
I have read some reviews that talk about problem with app etc. the app logs me in every time and it seems the sensors read about every ten mins not hourly. There are six readings per hour on the charting. Overall I have been very impressed with this little device. Only thing I sort of don’t like like is the light on top of the hub stays lit and cycles. But it really doesn’t matter. Connection was easy. Sensors are easy to pair but have to be patient it isn’t an immediate read. Give them a couple mins after pairing to run a cycle. They will then begin to send readings and work. The pricing seems a little weird so maybe Watch for a price change in the future. The hub with two sensors are $60ish but if you buy two individual sensors you spend $60 when could have just ordered another hub package. Maybe they will come out with hub pack pricing if the hub package is going to stay that cheap. So most likely if you are thinking about it buy it now while price seems introductory. The range has been solid around at least 20-30ft and inside the fridge and freezer. Very happy with this product. Our upright freezer went out and the warning system built into the freezer didn’t alarm. Almost lost a couple thousand dollars worth of food. This product will send you push notifications when temp goes outside the range you set. Also will notify you when it returns to that range. The hub can also send an audible alarm if desired. Pretty cool. I live in the desert of NV so going to put one in the garage just so I have an idea of the temp ranges. So far so good.

High Hopes-Doesn't work
I purchased this product to remotely monitor a freezer at my mountain home approximately 120 miles away from my home. I made the purchase after reading all of the positive reviews and considering all of the negative reviews. The specifications included in the box indicate the sensor range is 229.7 feet with out obstructions. In reality the range is not 229.7 feet, it is not 229.7 inches, nor 229.7 centimeters. I could not get a reliable connection (one that lasted more than 12 hours) to work within 24 inches. The sensors had to be reset after approx 12 hours. I wanted this product to work. It was easy to setup and connected to my wifi network seamlessly. To the manufacturer: There has got to be a way to make this work. Make the battery bigger, increase the gain of the antenna hub. Call me. We could make millions as there doesn't seem to be a product that reliably works.

Works quite well
This is working quite well for me. I had a freezer failure, so I decided I needed to pay attention to temperatures so as to avoid this in the future. Placement of the sensors is important as they are a bit finicky, but when you find a stable spot, they work well.None of this was in the instructions, of course. They were helpful in answering questions, but as with any new product, they were learning as they went. The product works well, and is very sensitive. Normally, I would ding them a point for being made in China, and another for poor instructions. In this case, if they were to have the instructions by someone whose First Language is English, and add a bit of information, they would help themselves. Normally I would ding them two stars, but this works pretty well, and I like it, so I'm going with 4 stars.

works great
This temp/hum device works great for monitoring the jars when curing cannabis. I am a leadite when it comes to electronic devices but got this up and running without the instructions. They got emailed to me after delivery. Support was excellent(Stephanie) although I didn't need it, I just had a general question. I will be purchasing more sensors for more jars in the near future.
