Tasty and Effective!!
Bottom line: my milk came back, it was delicious, and I would definitely buy again! My story:My baby girl was about 6 weeks when I got a stomach bug which caused the runs and loss of appetite AND I caught a pretty bad cough from a winter draft coming from my bedroom window. Not only did I unknowingly make the mistake of using peppermint cough drops (peppermint dries your milk supply), I wasn’t getting the nutrition I needed nor enough liquids. My milk supply was pretty much gone!My poor daughter sucked and sucked and took as much as she could get. Eventually I had to give her formula which she didn’t take to very well. I saw an ad for another lactation cookie brand with amazing reviews but it was just a bit expensive.. but I figured, anything is worth being able to feed my baby. So I was just about to buy it, I found this brand on amazon. Good reviews about the taste but nothing much on its effectiveness. But it was cheaper and it had key ingredients, so I ordered it and it came the next day!The packaging was cute, easy to make even without fancy kitchen gadgets, and OMG they’re so yummy!! I got the salted caramel because I love that flavor period. It did have that dry texture but it wasn’t really dry. But it did make me thirsty (which was even better because it made me drink more). It was nice, soft, and chewy. My milk came back within 24 hours. Within 3 days, I could really keep up with my daughters appetite. I ate 2-4 cookies each day (it was hard to stop at 4 tbh, and I’m not a cookie person). It’s day 4 now. I have 6 cookies left :( But my milk supply is back to normal and my baby is gaining again!I’m cheap, so if I can’t keep my supply up after I finish my cookies, I’ll buy again. But if I was buying again based solely off of taste and effectiveness, I’d subscribe right away! Keep em coming! If there was one thing I think could be better is directions on how best to keep the cookies. I put them ina zip lock bag.. but if there’s a specific way to keep them (or not) maybe it should be printed on the packaging too. Thank you!

Got Milk? You do now!
Update! Two years and a second baby later, these are still the bees knees! I started working out and it seemed my supply was dipping, I got these (and the strawberry-banana body armor drinks) and the next day I was completely full and back to having a large supply, hiiiighly recommend, best wishes!Original review (from 2022):Wow. Where to start...I can honestly say that I do not typically have issues producing, usually I overly produce and have since my LO was born. But as I'm working out a bit more, I do not want to risk losing even an ounce of liquid gold. I am a firm believer in the thought that I would rather have too much than too little, so to err on the side of caution, I buy lactation cookies. The ones I normally get are about $24 for 10 bags of tiny, DRY cookies and though they get the job done, they are 1. Pricey for what you get, and 2. Not the best, I mean, if I don't have my water near by I fear I'd choke on them they're so dry.Usually I'll feel a bit engorged, literally feeling like I have rocks in my chest most mornings (as LO can go a few hrs between dream-feeding vs every 2 hrs during our days), but not even 24 hours after making and eating these cookies (straight up, I ate more than the serving size, js, they're that good), all day today my baby has been able to feast! Literally I've felt decently full/semi-engorged all day today; at one point my hubby and I hugged pretty tight, not realizing I had a boulder in my chest, and ow... my baby wasn't even ready to nurse yet! I'm certainly the kind of breastfeeding mama where that feeling is something that gives me a little comfort knowing my baby will not be without. As I exclusively breastfeed, I'm not sure how many ounces I've gone up by, but I can certainly tell you these cookies are not only sooo good, but they definitely aid in at least my production!About the mix, its your basic cookie dough mix, but its VERY sticky! Using my tablespoon to make each doughball on the pan was a mess. I put on gloves and rolled each one out (making about 24) by hand instead. It says to use a spoon to slightly push down the doughballs, don't lol, just use your finger tips or hand. My spoon got so caked up and sticky, it messed up a few. I had to reroll, not a big deal at all, I'm just a touch ocd.Bottomline, get these if you're wanting to try to increase your production. The brand also has a deal, buy 3, get 1 free, at $14 each, it's way better than the other brand I personally used. Definitely drink lots of water in general to help maintain your supply, but add a couple of these cookies too and you won't regret it!Best of luck, happy nursing/pumping, mamas! ♡

Taste great, amazing company, didn’t work for me
I wanted to give these cookies 5 stars but unfortunately I just can’t! They taste great however they do not deliver with their promise of increasing your milk supply. East to make, just keep in mind the dough will be very dry but they bake up nicely.Update: the company reached out to me and offered to send a free mix or refund what I paid as they stand by their products. I decided to give them another try. 🤞my milk supply goes up as I did love the taste of these cookies. Hands down one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in a long time. After several messages back and forth with a representative from the company, they decided to send me a free bottle of their goats rue supplement. It’s a 15 day supply (60 capsules) to see if the goats rue works better for me than the cookie mix. I’m blow away by this company and will recommend them to other moms.
