If Natural is what you do not prefer, this is the Masala which has synthetic Flavor and color which is strong.Choice is yours and Just the Name is Nawab nothing Nawabi about their Masala. I wrongly bought rogan josh, butter chicken & shahi paneer. They sell in pairs only, can't figure out what to do with these now
