ValeoFM Mobility Floss Bands (Red) - Compression Muscle Flossing Band

My trainer recommended I start using mobility floss when I’m doing range of motion exercises on my ankles. It’s kind of amazing how much it helps, and this is exactly what I was looking for, because it’s long enough to allow me to start wrapping around my mid-calf area, around the ankle and then down around the foot. It arrived quickly and this is a high-quality product.

Does the job just wish there was a more convenient way to wrap it.

Great for joints, muscles, etc. If you don't know how to use this product just Google 'how to voodoo floss'.The red is what I originally ordered and it is not very sticky. Not sure what it's application would be. I messaged the seller and they told me how the black is the sticky one (as advertised, just my error in ordering the red one). They sent me a black one for free! And it's great.Five star customer service.

I really like it and recommend it 100% it worked on me perfectly on my right knee tendonosis rehab. It’s just perfect and has the right length.
