Great product but description clearly states :Free Gifts: 3'x5' American Flag 100% Made in USA keep bright for a long time; Gold Aluminum Ball ornament unique aluminum alloy and gold anodized finish glossy, long-lasting decor; heavy duty 19.6" PVC sleeve to protect the bottom of the telescopic flagpole against corrosion. The gold ball is not aluminum it was cheap plastic and was cracked. The flag was made in China and had a tag on it stating that. I have contacted the seller. Seller answered my inquiry immediately and is sending a replacement. They have also corrected the product description. This is a good company with great customer service and a quality product at a great price. The damage to my shipment was caused by UPS not due to package prep by the company.

Got this flag pole to replace another one I had and it used the same base tube so it was easy to replace. The flag is cheap but it looks nice. Probably will replace it later on. You do have to make sure the sections are really twisted tight or they may come loose and the flag will then drop a section. Had the same problem with my other pole. I lost the other pole due to high winds of 70 mph as I didn't know the wind was going to be that high. I love displaying the American Flag as I am a Veteran.

This was very simple to install, using a little quick setting concrete, a level and a post hole digger. It has held up under some sudden thunderstorms, and sustained winds up to 30 mph so far. Have flown two flags from it with no problem. After 2 months had a problem with the second section locking in place, it would just drop into the bottom section. I contacted the original seller and they were very helpful. Walking me through several things to attempt and when everything failed they were kind enough to send a replacement pole. Sometimes things fail, and it is how a problem is addressed that shows how good a company really is. I think dealing with them was easy, fair and I think they responded well to the problem.

Great pole for 2 flags. We had tried to buy a pole in this area but stores don’t carry them in stock. We were happy to find this on Amazon. Then, we bought a small bag of sand and a small bag of concrete to secure it in the ground. It worked great!

Easy to setup. Works well with very LIGHT flags. Take it down off you are expecting high winds. Comes with every thing you need except a light. Check out the one on Amazon that go on top, solar.

Seems like it’s very good, my only issue was that I didn’t receive the flag clips in my box which wasn’t that big of an issue, just used some d clips I had.

The only thing I was disappointed about was the flag that came with it.Was very cheap quality. I went on to order a good quality American Flag. This was a disappointment for me especially since one of the deciding factors with this purchase was that it came with a flag.
