Its a nice product, but I received it without power cord. I sent it back and got reimbursed.

Plug adapter was broken! // L'adaptateur de prise était cassé!
The Pot works well for now, however the plug adapter was broken! Luckily I had a plug adapter at home which I could use but it was very inconvenient for the plug adapter to be broken! It is also extremely dangerous. I would like to please receive another plug adapter or get a refund for it because without it the product is useless since the power cord is not in European standards.//Le Pot fonctionne bien pour l'instant, mais l'adaptateur de prise était cassé! Heureusement, j'avais un adaptateur de prise à la maison que je pouvais utiliser mais c'était très gênant d'avoir l'adaptateur de prise à casser! C'est aussi extrêmement dangereux. Je souhaite recevoir un autre adaptateur ou obtenir un remboursement car sans lui, le produit est inutile car le cordon d'alimentation n'est pas conforme aux normes européennes.
