Way better than I thought!!
I just received my earplugs. I was very worried that they wouldnt be comfortable like the ones I've been using for about 10 yrs. I sleep with earplugs everynight to block out the sound of the t.v. that my bf likes to watch to fall asleep. I always used the store brand plugs from my local grocery store because they were purple, soft foam and were the only ones that didnt get stuck in my ears and cause pain/damage/soreness for days. So, I'm very very happy to report that these are just as good, if not better than the ones I've been using. It comes with a little carrying keychain case as well, so I can travel easily with them. There are 70 pairs (not individually wrapped) inside a plastic tub. They are a dark purple color. They did not have any weird smell or anything like someone wrote in their review. I'm wearing them right now, to write this, and I really cant hear a thing, and cant even feel them in my ears at all.As of right now, I'm gonna recommend these. If anything changes, I'll update my review. But I'm super happy right now!!Update: Been using them for a week now. They are super super comfortable. I'm really happy. And I was pleasantly surprised to see that this company is a tiny little family business!! A very sweet couple from Delaware, with the cutest little baby!! So, I'm very happy to support them. Thanks Lucy!!! That picture of you and your husband and baby in the email is just precious!! Thankyou for comfortably quiet nights!!

Painful/Poor Noise Cancellation
These are the most painful earplugs I've ever worn. And I've tried a lot. I purchased these because the bulk price is much better than the brand I like. They were easy enough to insert properly, but once they were in, they really hurt my ear canals. They kept me up most of the night, and in the early morning, I couldn't believe how loudly I could hear everything, including faraway construction. The noise cancellation is astonishingly poor, the construction of the earplugs is mediocre, and they are certainly not designed for kids, teens, women, or those with smaller ear canals. Next time I won't go by price. I'll just stick to the brand that works, Howard Leight.

How can something as simple as foam earplugs fail this miserably?
As seen in the picture I uploaded of the purple “Dreamy” earplugs, the earplugs never re-expanded after I rolled them in preparation to fit into my ear canal. They just continue to look like wrinkled, malformed worms—no elasticity. I worked for an audiologist at the House Ear Institute in Los Angeles, so I know how ear plugs are supposed to function! I’ve also used the Mack’s brand earplugs for 10 years due to a snoring spouse. The Mack’s have always worked great, but this William’s brand was cheaper, so I thought I’d give it a try. Yikes! Big mistake. The container says that they are made in China, but the package has an Israeli address.

SO painful!
I’ve worn ear plugs to sleep for the past 9ish years. Insomnia and sleep anxiety triggered by snoring...college roommate snored terribly, then transitioned to life with my husband who sounds like a baritone with every breath. I usually use the Howard Leight earplugs that are neon yellow/pink and absolutely love them. I have small ears, and they’re perfectly soft and squishy with excellent noise cancellation. Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to find them unwrapped in bulk, and I was starting to feel really guilty about all the wasted plastic. Saw these, and at the time, they had 5 stars and glowing reviews. THEY ARE SO PAINFUL! I don’t know what it is about them (potentially their firmness and shape?), but I wake up feeling as though I’ve been stabbed in the eardrum and the pain lasts until noon. The noise cancellation is also inferior to the Howard Leight ones, but it’s not bad. I just can’t get past the pain, so unfortunately, I’ll be going back to my wasteful staple.

These gave me a severe allergic reaction
The advertisement for these ear plugs says that there is no latex in them. I am very allergic to latex. I trusted that and that is the reason that I purchased these ear plugs specifically. I used them for one night and woke up with a severe allergic reaction. Then my husband pointed out that nowhere on the container does it say that there is zero latex and that is something that would definitely be printed on the container if it were so. The advertising was obviously misleading and a lie. These will probably be great for people that do not have latex allergies, but the lack of honest advertising is concerning.

Grest fit and comfort and really good noise cancelation
These are probably the best ear plugs I've tried...I have small ears and these can squeeze small enough to enter my ear canal the proper way...I love the level of noise cancelation, it's great. I do though get slight discomfort in my ears when I sleep on the side, but it could just be me and I have sensitive skin. So far so good, I love everything about them.

Big Jar of Quiet
I use earplugs for shooting. I use earplugs for handling loud machinery. I have fancy custom earplugs and electronic hearing protection. But I wanted something that I could use for sleeping. My husband developed a terrible snore after throat surgery and I wasn't getting any sleep. I didn't want to wear the fancy custom ones or the electronic ones to bed. These are perfect. Easy to fit, fun color, disposable. They even came with a cool carry case to bring a pair of earplugs with me - in case I don't have the fancy ones on hand. Best of all, they provide quiet. Very little sound gets through.

A good earplug, a bit different than others.
These provide good noise control. They are unique in that the foam expands very slowly and will required perhaps a full minute or so to fully expand. So, be patient. The slow expansion makes it easy to insert the earplug fully. My right ear canal is a bit smaller than the left, and I have noticed that the right side can become uncomfortable after a while, and other times not. For me, I have found that sometimes using different earplugs in the left and right ear works best. Getting a good fit and good noise control in my left ear has always been a problem, but these just work, and I get equal performance in both ears which is fairly unusual for me. So, definitely worth a try.
