Quality included with price
Quality paint pens. Can draw/paint on anything...and I mean anything. Paper, cardboard, wood, glass, door frames, carpet, chairs, couches. The best part is the color isn't faint on any of those surfaces. Also, keep out of reach of little ones grasp.

I ended up returning these because I thought they were paint pens and not crayons. My bad for not checking the description. Came without any dings or tears, and the crayons looked to be in good condition.

Another great POSCA product.
I was very excited to order this. I have used their markers for years, so trust the company. I primarily use watercolors, but wanted to branch out with other mediums to try in addition to the watercolor. This fits the bill. The colors are saturated and brilliant. They are the size of a small pen. So better suited for small or even detailed areas. They are not water soluble so work on top of watercolor. They do not mix either. The case they come in could be better designed. You get a loose elastic band to hold the three separate panels together. Two hold 12 pastels each (24 total). A great array of colors. The third panel is a heavy plastic lid. I would have preferred a kit that held them all in one group with an attached lid. Something similar to a tin like Caran d’ache. Those are brilliant. I would buy almost for the tin alone!

Very expensive crayons
I’m updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars.Posca calls these “wax pastels”. They are crayons. And you have to press really hard to get very saturated color on the paper. Pressing so hard can lead to breaking them because they are thin. The distribution of color options across the set leads something to be desired: there are 4 blues and 4 greens but only 1 purple.However, they are very smooth and the colors are vibrant. They’re fun for sketching, doodling, and abstracts. Bottom line though I think they’re really expensive for what they are.
