GC2 Gynecomastia Compression Undershirt (4X, White)

I got this for my 12 yr old son who is a little on the chunky side and has had self esteem issues. He would constantly wear hoodies (even in 100 degree Florida summer heat). Well since getting this he will actually leave the house without a hoodie! This has been a god send. I need to get more.

Recently received the product and am liking what I see. This will be an initial review, I may follow up with durability comments in the future.First off the product came very promptly, shipping only took 3 days total. I usually wear a medium and ordered a medium for the shirt. I'm glad that I didn't go with a size up or down, as the shirt fit me perfectly. I liked that the shirt fit very snug around the target chest area. I don't have too much body fat so the shirt did nothing to compress my stomach, but I can see the shirt slightly tucking in a bigger belly as well, although nowhere near as tightly as the chest. The shirt outline ridges can be seen through white/thin shirts, is barely noticeable under colored shirts, and is pretty much completely hidden under darker shirts. Under light button ups and polos it has a very low profile, and even if it is seen it just looks like an average tank top undershirt. The material is very comfortable to wear for long hours, although I have yet to undergo strenuous situations where I would sweat so I don't know too much about its breathability. From what I can tell though it shouldn't be too much of a concern.The shirt did a great job hiding my chest, and I was very pleased in the overall shaping of my body while wearing the shirt. That said, I think the shirt is best designed for men who are somewhat in shape. I am an athletic guy with moderate gynecomastia, and while my case was just as psychologically damaging, physically I may have been better suited for this product. I think guys with higher levels of body fat may have some issues fitting properly in this shirt, and I'm not sure how the shirt would work for transgenders looking for extreme compression. Keep in mind that this shirt is only a quick fix, but it's also a good idea to consider healthy lifestyle changes to lower bodyfat or consider proper surgery options to completely correct the condition.I agree that the shirt is a little tricky to put on/take off, but otherwise it would compromise its compression purposes.Overall I am very pleased with the product, and would personally recommend it to anyone who is dealing with gynecomastia. If you're unsure and borderline about it, buy one and try it out. Although I agree the price seems a little expensive for just a tank top, it certainly is a lot cheaper than other products and options available. I took a leap of faith and am very glad with the great improvements in my confidence and posture, which made the purchase well worth my investment and left me so satisfied I came back to leave this long review. I hope durability is not an issue in the long run, and will most likely order again in the future.

I can't say I have tried other products but this one does OK. I ordered two of these 1 3x and 1 2x (I am losing weight and wanted to be prepared and try them out). They seem to do their job in the chest area. Be very sure to get your measurements though in your chest otherwise you can order 1 and its virtually worthless. I have used the 3x up until a couple days ago when I lost that few extra to be at the top end of the 2x range which is fine with me I don't mind the tight fit, it doesn't cut into my neck or body just seems to be tight and once you get used to that snug feeling its great. Only real concern I have with it is the mid section. The shirts LOVE to ride up to just below my chest area then I have to find a bathroom take my over shirt off and then straighten everything out. It's an absolute pain. I tried running in them to no avail rode up didn't really do its job, but if I am out walking around going to a ball game not doing anything to strenuous they seem to do their job hiding everything else pretty well. I am looking for other items that work better. Hope there is something

My son who was extremely self conscious after gaining a bit of weight in his chest refused to go any where are so anything. I bought these shirts and it tucked everything in to give him back his confidence. He has now made lots of new friends, is happier and lost weight but still wears the undershirt. Best thing I ever bought!

This product brought forth a brand new person with more confidence in public. The shirt took a few days to break in and get used too, but afterwards it was confortable. As a person who has gone from 250lb to 170lb, my chest is taking longer to adjust to the weight lost. The shirt compresses the upper body well and slimmers my appearance overall.I have received multiple compliments about my appearance the day I put on this shirt that I never heard beforehand. I would recommend getting the size that you would wear with a well fitted shirt (for example I normally wear M/L, so I got a M).

Not as good as or as comfortable as the Underworks shirts. Would not buy it again. Shoulder straps cut into the skin pretty bad. The material is just ok quality. Just meh.

Love how long it is it stays tucked in. Rides high up the arm pit area and chest which is okay if you need compression in the arm pit (holds more in) not a lot of extra padding or material very smooth compression shirt. Will not show through other clothes.Very comfortablelike all compression shirts some threading will unravel.

Very poor quality shirt compared to other shirts I have purchased in the past from other brands. The fit does not match up with the sizing chart they have listed. Arm holes are very small which makes it cut into the armpit, not tight enough to cut off circulation to the arm but enough to irritate the skin quite a bit.
