YETI Hopper Flip 8 Portable Soft Cooler

This travel cooler is bigger than I expected, and that’s ok. I have been using mine for taking my lunch to work. Everything fits right in. Anything that was cold going in stays cold for about 2 hours. This is without an ice pack.Easy to carry either with the included shoulder strap or the handle on top. Durable and light weight. Yes the zipper is kinda stiff so I get a firm grip before I start pulling on it lol.Is it worth the money? If it lasts at least 5 years with no issues, I’d say yes. Since I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now I can’t say other than the color is awesome and so far it’s meeting expectations!

I’ve been using Hydro flask for years. But when Yeti decided to discontinue the Nordic Purple and the price dropped I decided to finally jump on it. These are my first Yeti coolers. They are superior quality compared to the hydro flask. I just received the hopper 8 today. I put the newer version of the Hydro Flask ice which is thicker and slightly larger than the older version. It fit like a glove. It can hold 8 cans of 12 oz Pepsi. I put the older hydro flask ice on top and there wasn’t any issues zipping it closed.I bought the Hopper 12 @ Dicks Sporting Goods a little over a week ago. It held ice for 3 days in my car in the Az heat. Impressed. Why didn’t I get this sooner. It’s still pricey but IMO totally worth the price. I would definitely recommend this 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜update” Just got the Lilac hopper 8 and the Camino 20. Awesome color 💜

Yes, you are going to pay for it! It is not cheap. It does work excellent. Keeps things nice and cold all day with zero issues. Small enough to bring everywhere, but big enough to pack a good amount in. I saw some reviews on zipper issues and was a little nervous. The zipper is tight, but it does seal and work well. Time will tell, but I am confident the product will last. Very happy with the purchase.

Well built, very sturdy cooler! I did think (especially for the price) it would be a little bit larger, though. But it works fine as a lunch cooler! The color is BEAUTIFUL and my lunch stays COLD, ALL DAY, which is a huge improvement from my previous cooler. The zipper takes some getting used to because it’s very difficult to open or close easily. I’m sure this is why things stay so cold and that it is totally waterproof as well. Overall, it’s a Great cooler, just very expensive so definitely “save up” and “justify the necessity” of truly needing a new cooler before purchasing.

Very well made for a soft cooler. Keeps items cold as expected.
