Works with MacBook Pro 1708
Works perfectly for my MacBook Pro 1708, I was able to upgrade the storage from 128gb to 1TB and at much faster speeds than the OEM ssd

Install and fitment were great when compared to another brand with the same product. I was able to put an extra 2230 SSD that I had lying around into my old mac book for ~$10 so why not?

Only works with single sided sad
Warning. This only works with single sided ssd. If you try a double sided ssd, then it is so thick that the ssd gets warped. Then there is so much force that if you try to screw the ssd into the card, the nut pulls out of the board since the nut is only pressed fit into the board. No instructions or warning about this. Note that the Sabrent rocket ssd is double sided and has this problem.

Works great for a 2017 13" Macbook Pro!
Had absoultley no problem installing the m.2 drive into this device for the Macbook pro. Upgraded my wife computer from 128gb to 512GB! WAY cheaper than the apple store.

Buy apple ssd instead
I did not realize when purchasing this adapter for a third-party SSD due to Apple’s hardware, communicating with a solid-state drive. It will tell an Apple drive to power down to save on power.With a third-party adapter, it will constantly be drawing power this actually caused my battery to drain past the point of being able to be recharged again.I would recommend paying a little bit extra money and getting an actual Apple solid-state hard drive so you don’t have to potentially spend more money on replacing a battery

Good quality
The quality is good. It fixed perfectly into the MacBook Pro A1708 SSB slot. Work well with a 1TB WD SN570 SSB.
