I am only using on lowest setting after a shower leaving my skin wet. After use I wash my face with cold water and apply my normal night cream. It looks amazing already I have only used it twice. Don’t use it more than 1x weekly or you will encourage your skin to produce more oil. Such a great buy and the camera quality is super.

It arrived and I was hoping for great things only to find that the app is now longer on the play store and it would not download to a UK phone through the provided web address to download it. Eventually got it working by plugging it in via the usb cable to a computer and selecting it as you would a webcam.A shame as I had hoped it would be an easy to use straight from the box product.

Really good product! Nothing has ever been as effective for the blackheads on my nose! You just need to be really careful! This is my nose after using it on the lowest setting, it went away after two days but I recommend doing it in front of a mirror so you can see if it’s bruising.

Avoid! After exfoliating and a 1 hour steam, unit could not remove blackheads that were already half way out. Instead damaged skin breaking blood capillaries. Looks like I have hickies over my face. Concept is great but doesn’t work! Fun for 10 minutes then frustrating then once you give up your horrified that the marks won’t go away.

Works well but do not I repeat DO NOT use past its first setting as ur face will look like a giant love bite !!!! Also do not keep It in one place for too long either. Great idea and love how clear the camera is , but can make you look like a walking bruise lol 😆

I have just received another black head vacuum. I don't want it. Looking at small print they are sending one each month. This must stop. It's a con. I need to return item.

Great it pulls but some are reluctant to come out. Beware that the booklet tells you how to connect the camera. The vacuum has a button and you tap that and it should come up as timesiso as a Wifi network. Some people tend to skip the instructions.

You will never look at your skin in the same way again! It’s great even to help remove splinters too! I would highly recommend it just follow the directions to avoid bruising
