There's a variety of ways to do it if that's all you're installing (tap-a-fuse, inline fuse holder, etc). Might be overkill for just that one panel but there's many different ways.

It will. I used it on my japanese daihatsu hijet. It only comes with 4 fuses. I wanted to run a light bar, rear fogs, train horn, bigger battery, a plow and some other stuff. Itll fit. Its a aux fuse panel. Itll work

Q: copper is listed material but are screws are steel and Nickle plated?

The current carrying buses are copper. The screws are steel. You would think for a marine fuse panel they would have supplied stainless steel.
