I have bought several products from Arylic Audio and used in different rooms in my house. All the family use them. We have used them with Spotify and Tidal and work well. I like the built in amp and complete system in a small box, which makes it versatile and easy to install and I used some old speakers I already had and sound is great. Recommend.

I'd been looking to replace my squeeze box touch for a time now, and stumbled on this. And for me the spdif output option sold it, as I want it as a transport just the zeros and ones are needed. It does not disappoint, sound quality through my vintage arcam DAC has rendered my squeeze box obsolete. So has the ease to which I can now access my Nas and now I can also get hold of internet audio streams. All from my phone, Though beware I did have a nightmare when I first switched on, the arcam hated it would not fully lock and sounded awful.After a firmware update, which is in app prompted it performed like a different unit.I would highly recommend this unit as a transport for the money you really can't go wrong. And the spdif board arrived really quickly from Arylic. This lovely bit of kit deserves a nice linear PSU, which I'm also having fun building...... UPDATED 29/1/2022 updated firmware makes this unusable on my network when talking to my Nas. Does not play all tracks and 8 out of ten times never in the right order I've been living with this for nearly six months. And I'm afraid acrylic have now updated what was a pretty good device into the waste bin. What utter time wasting idiots.
