Life changing? Aye right!!No, it actually has changed my life even though I've only had it less than 24 hours.Normally I can only walk around 100 yards before my right hip starts becoming incredibly painful. This is a direct result of me tearing a disc between vertebrae over 20 years ago. Since then walking has been an absolute nightmare.This afternoon I put this vest on and, over a 2 hour period, walked PAIN FREE for just under 5 miles.And honestly the most difficult part of that walk was putting the vest on!!Best way to put it on is to zip it up halfway, put your arms in the arm holes and then wrestle it down over your head and body.Once on it won't move, doesn't ride up or roll up from the bottom.It stays firmly in place and holds everything tightly where it should be. That's why I could walk so far today. The vest was supporting my back, therefore the muscles that usually compensate for my back injury were free to do only what they were intended to do.It doesn't feel overly tight or clingy, it doesn't make you over heat or sweaty, it even makes bending feel like my back is now 20 years younger.So impressed I'm going to buy another 2 so I can wear one, wash one, dry one, because I'm now planning on this vest being part of my everyday attire from now on.Tip, buy the size BELOW what you normally buy, I'm usually an XXL but bought the XL and not only did it do all of the above, but I also had to punch an extra hole in my belt.As for making you appear slimmer, yes it does that too, but what it's done for my back is far more impressive to me.

The only thing is after washing a few times the overall tightness of the garment is reduced. I would expect that though but, a decent product which can give you a bit of confidence when out and about. For sure you will look better.

The material is nice and the compression is strong and full across the chest and stomach. I'm not going to get into the details of my life, but I haven't worn a t-shirt in public for the past 30 yrs. i think this vest might change that. I'm a 44" chest and I got an XL. I might get a second vest thats a size L as I'm losing weight. I might even bulk buy incase the vest becomes unavailable!!! I'm so happy with it. Only negative is the zip, it's visible through a t-shirt, but it's very useful when removing the vest.

Poor quality and not true to size orderd a 4xl and is a 1 xl. Very disappointed and the product quality is very poor and cheaply made .

Purchased this vest for back support and posture. The Zip front makes it easy to put on and it is extremely effective at improving body shape and in providing the back support I required. I could feel the improvement to by back problems immediately I put it on. The quality is great, all seams are well finished. It is comfortable and cool, I have been wearing it during the current heat-wave and not felt excessively warm. It does not role up and is quick to wash and dry. I have now ordered a second vest. My only criticism is that it is only available in black!

Bought one of these recently and was happy with it, so ordered another. The maker has changed the zip area inside and put a cover to stop zip catching, unfortunately it also prevents you unzipping as it keeps catching on the teeth.You end up having to pull it over your head. Otherwise a good product.
