Great purchase
Spent a few days over the holidays building this with my 9 year old son. Wasn’t too difficult and really fun to connect the hydraulic system. You’ll need a few simple tools and in the end he has a cool toy that he can be proud of. Great purchase.

Brilliant
The media could not be loaded. Oh my god! This was absolutely fun ti build but so complicated too! My kid is 8 and it was absolutely difficult but we worked together and learnt about hydraulic system. So much fun but one tip is to download the coloured manual from google otherwise it’d be impossible to build as you need to see the colour of the pieces.

Handy Gift
I wondered if my 12yr old would engage or find this a it young. After the initial cajoling to get going, he really got into it. (He is a model building fan anyway so that probably helps). Easy to do, clear instructions, engaging, no fuss and is being played with afterwards. The turning button in the middle doesn't quite work, but not sure if that is a building or product issue. Happy Mom.

Excellent for 10 year old
Built this over a few weekends at a couple of hours at a time, as this was about limit of attention span. It’s sufficiently complicated but easy enough to follow to stretch a young mind whilst introducing hydraulics and robotics… needs adult help/ supervision with cleaning the parts and some screws.The only thing was right at the ends, the ring pulls have too much play in them and keep popping off. Had to make a rubber washer (from sticky foam provided) to fix the gaps and limit the flex/play in the part… minor fix but sorted it. They could do with stamping that on the foam or including rubber washers in pack.

Brilliant fun
The media could not be loaded. Fab little kit and quite challenging. Got my 10 year old off Roblox for aaaaages. He absolutely loves it and is very proud of himself.

Great gift
I've bought this a few times as a gift and had great feedback. As they have to construct it first before playing it gives good value for money. I've bought it for kids agreed 8-13 and they've all enjoyed it. The quality is decent and most of them hasn't seen something similar before. Great Christmas gift

Have bought this as a Xmas present for my ten yr old grandson.Five star rating is based on appearance only. Maybe update this once he's received it. But hoping he loves it.Came well packaged, and good price
